im way behind my blog, this is when jiu-jitsu takes all your time in training.

the brand 31/fifty had a mike  fowler seminar at heroes, it was a great turn out. after the seminar was done, we were able to sit down and chat with mike about his career, training at lloyd irvins and moving to atos. i should have filmed it but it was too personal that it couldn’t leave the circle.
